All India Management Association (AIMA) is organizing the eighth National HRM Summit on Positioning HR to Create Value: Achieving Speed and Scale on August 7, 8 in New Delhi. Mr. Yogi Sriram, Executive Vice President (HR and Administrative Services) of Larsen and Toubro Ltd (E&C) will be the Summit Director.
The Summit will have various notable speakers from the industry like Mr. O P Bhatt, Chairman of State Bank of India, Mr. Gantantra Ojha, Director-HR, SAIL, Ms Leena Nair, Executive Director, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Mr. P Dwarkanath, Director (Group Human Capital) to name a few.

Regarding the objective of the Summit, AIMA said, AIMAs eighth National HRM Summit will unfurl a New HR Order that works to attract, nurture, sustain, engage and create winning teams for success at both the individual as well as organizational level. This will be done as the HR experts will share the real life experiences of what kind of challenges were faced and how they were met. The strategies and talents which are required to meet such challenges will be shared by the speakers from the industry.
The Summit will address several issues on HR and leadership components which will lead an individual or an organization to the path of success. It is expected to be held in an interactive method. The format of the Summit also includes Presentations, Panel Discussions and Case Studies. The Summit provides a platform for thinking through and sharing thoughts for shifting gears from HR from a passive service provider to an active strategic partner to business in a vista of organizations, said AIMA.
The Summit is mainly meant for all leadership archetypes such as business professionals, project heads, HR professionals, learners and teachers of HR and the like. It will particularly benefit those HR professional who wish to create a cutting edge for global competitiveness, AIMA mentioned.
