Bangalore HR Summit 2009 to draw spotlight on Innovation in HRM

The importance of effective Human Resource Management, in the volatile business environment as the world is facing today, cannot be over emphasized. Institute of HRD will be hosting Bangalore HR Summit 2009 on December 18 & 19, 2009 at Bangalore. In this two day HR Summit CEOs, Human Resource Professionals, and Academicians from India, Asia Pacific & Middle East are expected to participate and deliberate on the theme Innovation in HRM.

According to the organizer, CEOs, Vice Presidents and Heads of Human Resource Function of leading companies like, Nokia, Microsoft, Sapient, Motorola, Agilent, Teamlease are expected to address the delegates on a wide range of issues regarding innovation in HRM function. Some of the key speakers expected to address the summit include: Mr.Ramakrishna Momidi, Director- HR, Microsoft Global Services India; Mr.Prashant Bhatnagar, Director-Hiring, Sapient India; and Mr. Ashok Reddy, MD, TeamLease.
