CAs to get management makeover at IIM Indore

Dr.V.K.Gupta, Programme Director, while delivering the welcome address, said that program on Management Development for CA at IIM Indore is a three-month intensive course in management.
Dr. N Ravichandran, Director, IIMI inaugurated the programme. Dr. Ravichandran in his inaugural address highlighted the uniqueness of the course. He told that the programme aimed at helping the CAs in imbibing the professional skills required for effective functioning in business organizations and profession. He added that course would prepare the CAs for the ever-changing and dynamic corporate world in a larger perspective. He highlighted that as professional Chartered Accountant, they have the domain experience and professional expertise but we will try to mould them to understand the management aspect of the organization.
He further added that the course is designed in such a way that it will induce a challenging learning experience that focuses on real-world problems and solutions, providing new knowledge and tools to face challenges in corporate arena. The progamme will help the participants in the following ways:

CA Manoj Fadnis, Member Central Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India emphasized that the participants should work as a cohesive team, follow rules and ethics of the institute to excel in the course & later in the corporate world. He called all the participants to work as brand ambassadors of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
