MBAUniverse.com Exclusive: IMT to open new campus in Hyderabad; session starts 2010

Confirming the development with MBAUniverse.com, Dr AM Sherry, Chairman, Joint Admission Committee, IMT said, IMT is opening its new campus in Hyderabad. The new campus will offer two year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and the academic session will start in year 2010. We are opening the new campus in Hyderabad because this city is well poised as the corporate hub. There is a huge scope and opportunities for students to explore, added Dr Sherry.On the batch size and the selection process of the new campus, Dr Sherry shared, The first intake of PGDM for the Hyderabad campus is 120. The students will be selected on the basis of Common Admission Test only.The admission fee of the PGDM for new campus is not yet decided.Dr BS Sahay, Director, IMT Ghaziabad shared, This will be a 30 acre campus and we are under process of finalizing a few things.Founded in year 1980, IMT offers its full time and part time management education programmes in Ghaziabad, Dubai, Nagpur. IMT-Centre for Distance Learning is launched to offer distance learning programmes in management.
