TAPMI opens its new campus on the outskirts of Manipal

Director Manipal Institute of Communication, Lt Col P S Shetti, Vice President, MEMG, Shri M S Rajagopal, Chief Engineer, Sundaram Architects, Mr VS Shanbhag, AGM, Syndicate Bank, Manipal, Shri Pandu Kumar Shenoy, former AGM, Syndicate Bank, Mr Vishwanath, President, 80, Badagabettu Panchayat and other dignitaries graced the opening of the new campus.

While sharing the highlights of the campus, Dr AS Vasudev Rao, Director-In-Charge, TAPMI informed, The institute has invested around Rs 60 crores to develop infrastructure and buildings having around 2, 50,000 sq.ft. area at the new campus. The campus will have modern, state-of-the-art, Wi-Fi and Internet facility

Prof. Simon George, Dean Academics at TAPMI exclaimed, The sheer enormity of the new campus will inspire students, faculty and staff to think big. He also felt that the infrastructure would allow limitless learning.

Looking at the future, Mr R. Radhakrishnan, President of TAPMI Student Body said, The new campus would appeal immensely to both future students and recruiters. The state of the art technology will also enable recruiters and industry professionals to interact with students like never before.
