JBIMS gets ready to hold Prayaag 08

Prayaag 08 will feature a series of events in domains like finance, HR, Marketing and Strategy.
Says JBIMS, The theme of Prayaag 08 is Athena. It will bring together professionals and students to showcase their skills, ideas and creativity to fight it out in 16 exciting events. The world of management draws a parallel from the theme Athena which stands for Wisdom, Art, Industry, Justice, Skill and War. Throughout the three days, participants will be tested on these qualities.
Management students and participants can engage in following events:

Quest to reach Olympus: One will be tested on various aspects of management HR, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Operations.
Tata Kwizkraft This is one of the major attractions at Prayaag. It pits the students against the corporates and tests your Business Quotient.
Hermes Vision (The Equity Research Contest) This is an opportunity for budding finance managers to come up with research reports on companies in various sectors of the economy.
Epic Cycle (The Ad-Mad Show) Here, the teams will be tested on humour, creativity and effectiveness.

Apart from these events, more events are lined up over the three days of Prayaag08 such as Deal Ya No Deal, Titanomachia, Pole Star, Gibberish, Demeter, Athenas Scroll and more.
The total prize money to be won at this JBIMS event is Rs 10 lacs.
