IIM B Executive Education Alumni Association to hold panel discussion on leadership development

At the discussion, panelists will include Mr.Girish G Vaidya - Sr.Vice President & Head, Infosys Leadership Institute; Mr.Pranesh Anthapur - Chief Operating Officer, Yahoo! India R&D; Mr.Vijay Ratnaparkhe - Senior Vice President & COO, Robert Bosch India Ltd. and Ms.Sandhya Vasudevan - Managing Director, India Operations, Thomson Reuters. The panel will be moderated by Prof. Vasanthi Srinivasan, OB & HR, IIM B.

Talking about the rationle of the panel discussion, IIMBEE Alumni Association said, The objective of thePanel Discussion is to understand how different organizations view leadership development. Presentation by Panelists will showcase and highlight leadership development practices that are practiced in their respective organizations, broadly covering themes of organizations leadership development philosophy, methods and processes followed to identify leaders at different levels, the different interventions followed like training, job rotation, mentoring etc., to groom and nurture leaders and specific roles which are difficult to groom in the organization.

Formed with the objective of promoting awareness of Executive Education in India and professional networking, IIMBEE Allumni association has earlier hosted leaders like Dr APJ Kalam and Ms Kiran Bedi.
