The keynote address for the HR Conclave will be delivered by Mr Oscar Fernandes, Minister of State (Independent Charge), Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India. The other speakers at the conclave include Ms Ivy Mukherjee of Watson Wyatt, Mr Joby Joseph of Hewitt Associates, Mr P Dwarkanath of Max India, Mr Rajesh Kurup of Times Innovation Media and Ms Gauri Sarin of Approach Talent Solutions.
HR Conclave is organized by Praxis, the HR & OB Society of Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi.
Kshitij 2008, organized by the Systems Society of FMS Delhi, will focus on Information Technology and Business Strategy.
After the inaugural session of Kshitij 2008, the first session on Why Leaders place IT Strategy before Business Strategy will feature speakers like Mr. Vikram Tiwathia, Chief Information Officer, Confederation of Indian Industry; Mr. Rajdeep Sahrawat, Vice President Education initiatives, Innovation, Domestic IT market and Green IT,
NASSCOM; Mr. Sachin Gupta, Practice Director, Microsoft Consulting - Enterprises Services and Mr. Kuldeep Solanki, Manager, National Marketing Team, Avaya GlobalConnect Ltd.
The second session on IT as process innovator and the owner will have Mr. Arun Baid, Director, BFSI, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Mr. Pummy Narang, Managing Consultant, PricewaterHouseCoopers, Mr. Anil Veer, Assistant Vice President & Head Global IT Operations, Aricent, Mr. Naval Khosla, Program Manager for Government Industry Solutions and Linux Integration Center, IBM as the speakers.
