Department of Management Studies, NIT Trichy organized a Two-day employability Skill Enhancement Programme (SEP) for college students on 9th and 10th October, 2015. The training programme aimed at enlightening the students in realizing their potential and in building confidence to face the employment opportunities.
The program saw Thought Leaders, Senior HR Managers, Career Consultants, Psychiatrist, Practicing Managers, Successful Entrepreneur and Academicians address the gathering about the necessary life skills required to face the job market. A successful campaign by DoMS, the program served as an enticing experience to all the budding management professionals present.
