Great Lakes Institute of Management to hold its successful women managers initiative

The theme for the event isWomen as Trailblazers: Dreaming, Exploring & Discovering New Horizons. The chief guest on the occasion will be MsAnu Agha of Thermax.

Says Great Lakes, SWIM aims to empower women with the required traits to assume leadership roles in both the corporate and social spheres. It provides the platform to make women aware, to draw inspiration from role models and to transform their lives. It strives to empower them at an individual level, enabling them to enhance their contributions to society at large.

The theme for the event: Women as Trailblazers: Dreaming, Exploring & Discovering New Horizons focuses on women who have had the mettle & conviction to venture into fields which were unexplored & their story of emerging triumphant against all odds. The highlight of the event will be the Key note speech to be delivered by the chief guest, followed by a panel discussion on the theme - Educated, intelligent and energetic just in her 40s -Can she still pursue her career dreams? This is to be followed by a Quiz and a dance performance.

Other dignitaries to be present at the event include Indra Subramanyam, MD of Elrich Laboratory; Dr. Usha Sriram, a Researcher who along with her husband Dr. Sriram who is the CEO of Lakeview Endocrine Associates.
