Prestige Institute of Management and Research to hold its third conference on innovative global practices

The conference will have themes on Strategic Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource and Information Technology. Some of the sub-themes are Implementing strategy: Culture and Leadership; Management Challenges in Emerging Economics; Innovation and Marketing; Retail Marketing New Paradigm Shift; Innovative Distribution Models; Globalisation, Transnational Corporates and Cross Border Interdependence; Financial Markets: Efficiency and Risk Management; Strategic HRM: Challenges Ahead; Emerging Trends in HR; Role of new ICT in globalization and New Practices in Knowledge and Information Management Techniques.

According to PIMR, The conference is aimed at providing a forum for new ideas along with interaction and deliberations on possible strategies for business organizations to ensure efficient operation in the changing global set up.

Adds PIMR, The conference invites conceptual and empirical papers and case studies from Academicians, Professionals, Consultants, Practitioners, Scholars and Students related to the theme and sub-themes of the Conference.

PIMR will also announce the Sixth Best Ph.D Thesis Award in Management during the conference. The contest for this award is open to full time faculty members of B-Schools in India other than the faculty of Prestige Group of Institutions.
