AIMA to celebrate Foundation Day and National Management Day on Feb 21

The theme for this years celebrations is Resurgent India - The Road Ahead. On the day, AIMA will be awarding its prestigious JRD Tata Corporate Leadership award to noted entrepreneur Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman of Bharti Group.

The eminent speakers on the occasion will include Dr Bibek Debroy, Professor, (International Management Institute), Mr K P Singh, Chairman, DLF Group, and Dr Sam Pitroda, Chairman, National Knowledge Commission. Mr Sushil Kumar Shinde, Honble Union Minister of Power, will be the Chief Guest for the occasion.

AIMA will also present the Public Service Excellence Award; the Life Time Achievement Award for Management, the AIMA-Dr J S Juneja Award for Creativity and Innovation for Small & Medium Enterprises and the Dr. Ram Tarneja Award for Best Article in Indian Management.

This year, Dr Ram Taneja Award for best Article in Indian Management award is being conferred to Ms Roopa Purushothaman Chief Economist & Strategist, Future Group, AIMA Dr J S Juneja Award for Creativity & Innovation for Small & Medium Enterprises to M/s Indian Herbs Research & Supply Co. Ltd, and the Public Service Excellence Award to Dr Sam Pitroda, Chairman, National Knowledge Commission.
