According to Professor Kaipa, The Centre will develop programmes, research initiatives, and actionable frameworks, for assisting leaders in India and other emerging economies so that they caninnovate, compete, and succeed more effectively in the global market place.
This Centre is another such milestone for us as it will enable us to fulfill our vision of grooming leaders for India and the world, said Dean Rammohan Rao, ISB.
Through this integral approach, we can ignite the genius within every individual andaccelerate their leadership journey, says Professor Kaipa.
According to ISB, The Centre will collaborate internally with other centres, departments and externally with with different companies, educational institutions, NGOs, and government, to develop research, special programmes, applied and practical projects to increase organisational effectiveness, and disseminate knowledge through various channels. CLIC will also introduce new elective courses in the Post Graduate Programme and Executive Education courses at the ISB.
Professor Prasad Kaipa, has18 years of research and consulting experience inthe areas of change management, innovation, leadership mindsets,and besides teaching executive education courses at the ISB. Professor Kaipahas been involved with many Fortune 500 corporations. Professor Ramnarayan, ISB and Deepak Chandra, Associate Dean at the Centre of Executive Education, ISB, willjoin him as management council members in developing the Centre and its activities.
This is ISBs fifth Centre within seven years of its operations. The ISB launched its first Centre, the Wadhwani Centre for Entrepreneurship Development in 2001 and soon after launched the Centre for Analytical Finance, the Global Logistics and Manufacturing Strategies Centre, and the Centre for IT and the Networked Economy.

Hyderabad based Indian School of Business (ISB) has launched fifth research centre called the Centre for Leadership, Innovation and Change (CLIC) to develop global leaders from India.
