MICA to offer post graduate programme in communications management for executives

Mudra Institute of Mass Communications-Ahmedabad (MICA) has announced a Post Graduate Programme in Communications Management for Executives (PGPCMX). According to MICA, PGPCMX is designed to suit the requirement of the industry, which needs qualified professionals at middle and senior level. The programme will commence from March, 2008.

MICA PGPCMX is a 15 months, full-time, residential programme approved by AICTE. PGPCMX leads to the award of the Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Communications). The programme will be taught by MICA faculty and delivered by visiting Faculty from academia and industry.

Graduates from a recognized University having work experience of a minimum of three years are eligible for the PGPCMX. Selected candidates will be required to take the MICA admission test (MICAT), and then appear for group exercise and personal interview. Candidates can get application forms till Feb 25, 2008.

MICA was established in 1991 offers various courses in communication management. The institute has collaboration with London College of Communication, UK, Florida State University, USA, Nanyang Technological University, School of Communications, Singapore, ESCEM, School of Business and Management, France and others.
