The contest is an endeavor to bring together the knowledge and analytical skills of supply chain management students and corporate executives across India in the form of a case study competition, informs SIIB. The case would be based on a real life supply chain problems faced by industries. This year the automobile sector is chosen for the case study.
In event was announced on internet on 14th January, 2008. Participants can submit their final analysis of the presentation in form of a report and a PowerPoint presentation by February 10, 2008. Declaration of 6 short listed entries will happen on February 25, 2008. The short listed entries will be invited for a final round of presentations on March 8, 2008.
The winners of the contest will receive a prize of Rs. 30,000, while the runners up will get a prize of Rs 20,000.
