Father P T Joseph is the new Director of XIMB. He assumed the charge at XIMB on December 26, 2007.

Father Joseph was the former Professorof Information Systemsand Organizational Behaviour at XLRI, Jamshedpur. Besides XLRI and XIMB, Father Joseph was also the Adjunct Faculty, St. Josephs University, Philadelphia, USA.He is an MBA from St Josephs University Phildalphia and PhD from Marquette University, US.
