Maruti top brass to have management lessons at MDI

The tie-up will help MSIL employees, selected under its Higher Education Scheme, to pursue Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (EPGDBM) programme.

MoU that was signed by MDI Director Dr. Sujit K Basu and MSIL Executive Director (HR) Mr S Y Siddiqui.

The 15-month EPGDBM will be a full-time residential course with 12 months on-campus theoretical and practical education and 45 days of international exposure in Europe. The course also includes six weeks project work which the students will complete on their return to MSIL after the completion of their MDI campus education and international exposure.

MSILs Higher Education Scheme for its employees aims at developing and grooming the capability of its selected top employees to take up higher roles and responsibility in the organization. MDI will ensure that the recommended students fulfill the Institutes eligibility criteria for admission, informs the institution. MDI will also screen the students before admission and follow its regular procedure including conducting a written test, group discussion, interview, etc.

Ranked consistently amongst the top B-schools of India, MDI has above 85 nationally and internationally acclaimed full-time faculty. Two out of every three PGPM students spend at least a term abroad. With Gurgaon emerging as the choice destination of the corporate world, MDI provides the added advantage of networking among its community and the corporate world.
