Talking about the event, IMT says, The objective of this event is to bring out the marketing talent in different fields of advertising, branding, sales, etc within the area of marketing. It also involves team work as the same team will be participating in all the events.
The event will see a host of competition and workshops. Brand New Story is all about developing a marketing strategy to enter new markets by extending an existing brand. Teams will have to select one brand froma given list and design a Brand Extension strategy for the same.
Finding Nemo will have teams analyze a case. Selected students would be asked for presentation. Swadesh requires the teams to prepare a rural marketing strategy for a product. In Tabloid Wars, participants shall be provided with topic which they need to research and tackle and write a paper on.
