FMS to hold Investment Bankers Conclave

It will be conducted by the Finance Society at FMS in association with Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors and CITI Group as conclaves title sponsor.

According to FMS, The Investment Bankers Conclave will be an amalgamation of investment banks, private equity players, bankers and venture capitalist firms.

The daylong conclave will begin with a workshop by Mr. Rohit Gulati, Senior Vice-President, ICICI Securities, on Structuring and Financing of Overseas M&As. The event will have panel discussions on Capital raising in the 21st century and Cross Border Merger and Acquisitions (M&As).
