The course is rigorous and insurance industry oriented, and will consist of 6 months of management courses and 4 months of intensive insurance curriculum. The course has been broadly divided into 3 trimesters. The selection to the course will be based on a graduates combination of academic score, group discussion and personal interview scores. Scores obtained in any of the entrance tests such as CAT, MAT, XAT and ATMA will also be taken into consideration. ICICI has also tied up with a Hyderabad based recruiting firm TMI First to attract candidates from small towns and cities.
On the successful completion of the course, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company will offer them employment in the sales function as Executive Trainees.
