Mumbai-based S P Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR) has decided to increased fee for its two-year management program by Rs. 25,000. Responding to a query by MBAUniverse.com on fee increase, Dr Rajan Saxena, director, SPJIMR, confirmed the move: Yes, we have been increased the fees from Rs. 1.75 lakh to Rs. 2.00 lakh, he said, adding, The reason for the increase is the increase in costs of running the program.
Delhi-based Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) has however decided not to increase its fees this year. This was confirmed to MBAUniverse.com by an FMS official, who said: Our fee structure for the academic session of 2007-2008 has remained unchanged. There has been no hike in the fees amount.
