Organized on a rotational basis by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs), this prestigious forum serves as a platform for presenting high-impact research in management and related fields.
The theme for Pan IIM Conference 2025 at IIM Ranchi is “Driving Social Impact through Management Research.” It emphasizes the important role of management scholarship in advancing sustainability, inclusivity, and societal transformation.
Speaking on the theme, Dr. Deepak Srivastava, Director, IIM Ranchi said, “The conference aims to emphasize the growing relevance of socially oriented research in advancing India’s development agenda, particularly the goal of becoming a developed nation by 2047. This year’s conference will feature 12 expert-led panels, each focusing on a distinct area of research and development.”
