MAH MBA CET normalisation converts raw scores into percentiles separately for each session, so that candidates are neither helped nor harmed by the difficulty of their paper. The same method is expected for the MAH MBA CET Result 2027. The formula used in 2026 was:
Percentile = 100 × (number of candidates in your session with a raw score equal to or below yours) ÷ (total candidates who appeared in that session)Topper of every session gets 100: the highest raw score in each session gets the 100th percentile, whatever the marks.
Seven decimal places: percentiles are calculated to seven decimal places to reduce ties.
Total, not sections: the total percentile is not an average of sectional percentiles, and a percentile is not a percentage of marks.
Merged list: session-wise percentiles are merged to form the CET score used for the result.
The official document illustrates this with four sessions whose toppers scored 149, 154, 157 and 161 marks; all four got the 100th percentile. This is why the same raw score can give different percentiles in different sessions. To estimate your percentile, use the MAH MBA CET score vs percentile analysis and the MAH MBA CET percentile predictor.
The MAH MBA CET result 2026 was declared on May 30, 2026 for the first attempt and on June 12, 2026 for the second attempt. MAH MBA CET 2026 drew 1,81,426 registrations across both attempts, the highest so far. Check the key numbers of both attempts below.
