TANCET 2026 Result was released by Anna University in May 22, 2026. Candidates can download TANCET 2026 score card from TANCET website by login with your E-Mail ID and Password in following steps:

• Visit TANCET official website https://tancet.annauniv.edu/tancet
• Click on direct link ‘Result’ on TANCET 2026 Exam website
• Enter your Email ID and password for TANCET
• Verify and enter security code
• Click on Login
• Your TANCET score card is displayed
• Download, Save and take print for future use

• TANCET 2026 scorecard includes details like Score, Rank as well as qualifying status
• The TANCET score card 2026 includes normalised score
• The TANCET 2026 score has been normalised to assign equal scores to individual candidates
• Students who pass the TANCET 2026 will be invited to the TANCET counselling process
• Those who have qualified TANCET 2026, should present their score cards at the time of admission
• If the mark sheet is lost, a duplicate mark sheet can be obtained on payment of Rs. 500 in the form of a Demand Draft, with a written request to The Secretary (TANCET), Anna University, Chennai – 600 025.

• The TANCET answer columns should be shaded in black ink. The answers shaded in pencils are not evaluated.
• The shaded information is scanned and the details are transferred to computer for evaluation. Even a small stray of Pen mark on the sheet is captured by the scanner which may result in wrong evaluation
• The open box should be fully shaded so that the number printed inside completely disappears. Improper shading and light shading are likely to be missed by the scanner, which may also result in wrong evaluation.
• Each correct answer is awarded with +1 mark and each wrong answer is penalized with o.25 negative marking

The TANCET normalisation of marks is done for ME/ MTech/ MArch / MPlan programmes only. Hence, there is no normalisation done for MBA exam scorecard. TANCET 2026 score normalization formula is: 

• Marks Obtained = 40 + (10/s) (r - m) Where, (m) is the Mean, (s) is Standard Deviation, and (r) is Raw Score.
• The TANCET mark sheet should be produced at the time of admission.
