XLRI shortlists the candidates based on XAT exam score, academic profile and award high weightage to exam score. In final selection round, XLRI conducts PI round and considers score obtained in Essay Writing Test, General Knowledge and GD round. Final merit list is released based on PI score, Academic & Gender diversity, work exp among other components
