IBSAT Registration 2025: Last Date is December 29; Check Fees, How to Register

IBSAT (ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test) exam is conducted by ICFAI Foundation Hyderabad for MBA/PGPM admission in 9 IBS campuses. IBSAT is an Internet Based Aptitude Test. You can take IBSAT from home. IBSAT registration 2025 and admission process is common for all 9 IBS Campuses including IBS Hyderabad. IBSAT 2025 registration start date was July 1, 2025. IBSAT 2025 registration last date is December 25, 2025. Check other important dates for IBSAT exam 2025 in the table below.

IBSAT exam Fees is Rs 1800. This fee covers both exam fees and MBA/PGDM application fee for all 9 IBS campuses.

The IBSAT admission process can be divided into 7 steps, as below. First three steps are related to IBSAT registration and form filling, and rest are focused on admission process. 

Step 1: Register online
Register online by providing your personal details and complete the payment. The application fee is ₹1800. It is a single application for all 9 IBS campuses.

Step 2: Receive Email, SMS, Application number and Password
You will receive a confirmation email and SMS, along with an auto-generated application number and password to log in to your profile page.

Step 3: IBSAT Login to fill IBSAT Registration Form 2025
Log in to your profile and complete all the necessary information along with the selection of the test score to be submitted.

Step 4: Take IBSAT Exam 
Write the IBSAT 2025 on Dec 27th & 28th, 2025 or submit the score from CAT/NMAT by GMAC™/XAT/GMAT™ tests as and when available.

Step 5: Receive Admission Invitation Letter
Receive the invitation letter to attend the selection process. The invitation is based on the qualifying score in IBSAT or other test score submitted.

Step 6: Attend Selection Process
Attend the selection process in the second week of February at IBS Hyderabad and complete your micro presentation and personal interview.

Step 7: Receive Admission Confirmation Letter
Receive the admission confirmation letter with campus allotment. The campus allotment depends on the selection process score, preferred campus, and the campus cut-off.

Please read carefully the following IBSAT Registration guidelines before moving forward to fill your IBSAT Registration and Application Form. Key IBSAT Registration details are as below:

• Prior to filling the online application, please read the IBSAT eligibility criteria.
• Ensure you have a valid email address, mobile number and address before you apply. These should be valid throughout the admission process.
• Keep the marks sheets of X, XII, Graduation and any other professional qualification ready for calculating percentage of marks. 

Step 1: Register online
Register online by providing your personal details. Following details are required to be filled at this stage.

1.1    Enter Full Name: Ensure it matches your Class 10th marksheet.
1.2    Select Gender from the dropdown menu.
1.3    Enter Mobile Number and then Confirm Mobile Number to ensure accuracy.
1.4    Enter Your Email ID and Confirm Email ID.
1.5    Enter Current Address including your house number, street, etc.
1.6    Select Your State from the dropdown list. 
1.7    Select Your City based on the selected state.

Check IBSAT Registration 2025 Form below. Once all fields are completed accurately, submit the form.

Step 2: Receive Email, SMS, Application number and Password
After submitting your details, you will receive:

• A confirmation email and SMS
• An auto-generated application number
• A password to log in to your profile page

Step 3: Login & Fill Form 
Using your personal details and login credentials, you can log in to your profile on IBSAT exam website and fill the necessary information given below:

3.1 Fill up your PAST ACADEMIC RECORD (PAR)
Select the program you are applying for based on your eligibility for the program. The eligibility requirements are given on the reverse of the voucher and also on the website voucher and also on the website 

School/Intermediate

• Board: Enter the name of the board.
• Year of Passing (YOP): Select the year of passing from the drop down list.
• Marks (%): Indicate your aggregate marks percentage, rounded off to the nearest digit. The decimals from 0.5 and above have to be rounded off to the next higher number.
• Example: A percentage of 81.01 to 81.49 should be indicated as 81 and a percentage of 81.50 should be indicated as 82.
• Medium: Indicate your medium of instruction from the drop down list.
• Mode of study: Indicate whether you have studied full time, part time or in distance mode.

Graduation

• Title: Select the title from the drop down list. If the title is not available in the drop down list, please select “other”option in the list and enter the title in the space provided.
• Duration: Select the duration of program in terms of number of years from the drop down list.
• Year of Passing (YOP): Select the year of passing from the drop down list.
• If completed: Indicate the year in which you have passed the final year of the examination.
• If studying: If you are in the final year of the program indicate the likely year of completion of the program.
• Marks (%): Indicate your aggregate marks percentage, rounded off to the nearest digit.
• If completed: If you have completed your program, enter the percentage of aggregate marks in the box.
• If studying: If you are in the final year of the program, enter the percentage of aggregate marks obtained for the years/semesters of the program completed till date. The decimals from 0.5 and above have to be rounded off to the next higher number.
• Medium: Indicate your medium of instruction from the drop down list.
• Mode of study: Indicate whether you have studied full time, part time or in distance mode.

Graduation Details

• University Name: Enter the name of the University the college is affiliated to.
• College: Enter the name of the college.
• State: Enter the name of the state where the college is located.
• City: Enter the name of the city where the college is located.

Post Graduation/Professional Qualifications: (for PhD Applicants)

• Title: Select the title from the drop down list. If the title is not available in the drop down list, please select “other”option in the list and provide the title in the space provided.
• Specialization : Select the specialization from the drop down list.
• University Name : Enter the name of the University the college is affiliated to.
• Duration : Select the duration of program in terms of number of years from the drop down list.
• Year of Passing (YOP): Select the year of passing from the drop down list.
• Marks (%) : Indicate your aggregate marks percentage, rounded off to the nearest digit. The decimals from 0.5 and above have to be rounded off to the next higher number.
• Medium : Indicate your medium of instruction from the drop down list.
• Mode of study : Indicate whether you have studied full time, part time or in distance mode.

3.2 Upload PHOTOGRAPH
Please upload your photograph (Colour photograph – Full face till the shoulders) in jpeg or gif format. The photograph size should not exceed 25KB and should be approximately 140 – 160 pixels.

3.3 Specify How Your Wish to Apply
Please specify how you wish to apply for the programs of IBS, through IBSAT or scores from 2019 onwards of GMAT®/CAT/NMAT by GMACTM.

3.4 Agree at Declaration
In this section, you will be required to choose “I Agree” to the declaration statement. This declaration affirms that all the information that you have entered is correct.

• On clicking “Submit” your data will be saved and you will move on to the final page.
• On clicking the link “Login” by logging in with your application number and registered password you will move on to the profile page wherein you may view the details entered
• You may schedule IBSAT test or provide scores of CAT/NMAT by GMAC/GMAT
