KMAT Kerala Registration 2025: Session II Dates, Fees, How to Register

KMAT Kerala exam is conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Exams, Kerala (CEE Kerala) for MBA admissions to various management schools across the state of Kerala. The Kerala KMAT exam is held twice a year in two sessions. KMAT Kerala 2025 Session 1 exam was held on February 23, 2025. KMAT Kerala 2025 Session II, which was earlier scheduled on May 24, is postponed and rescheduled to be held on May 31, 2025 (Saturday). Check important dates below. 

KMAT Kerala eligibility criteria are the requirements that candidates need to fulfil to be qualified for admission to MBA/PGDM courses. The KMAT Kerala eligibility criteria 2025 mentions education requirements, minimum qualifying marks and age limit as under-

(1) Nationality & Domicile in KMAT Kerala Eligibility

• Indians and Non-Indians are eligible to apply
• Only Keralite candidates are eligible for all type of reservations and fee concession

(2) Educational Qualification in KMAT Kerala Eligibility

• Candidates must have graduated (three years of bachelor's degree) from a recognised university in any discipline.
• Candidates must have obtained the stipulated aggregate of all subjects by respective universities that they wish to apply to in their final year qualifying degree exam.
• Candidates who are in the final year of their graduation are also eligible to apply, however, they must provide their Graduation certificate at the time of admission as proof of qualification.
• There is no upper or lower age limit mentioned for appearing in KMAT Kerala.
• Candidates in the final year of their graduation are also eligible to apply. 

(3) Age Limit in Kerala KMAT Eligibility
There is no age limit to apply and appear in KMAT Kerala exam.

KMAT Kerala 2025 Session II, which was earlier scheduled on May 24, is postponed and rescheduled to be held on May 31, 2025 (Saturday). KMAT Kerala registration last date is also extended to May 19 (12 Noon).

All candidates applying for Kerala KMAT 2025 should apply online through the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Five steps process for applying online are as below. Candidates are advised to keep a soft copy or printout of the application for future reference.

• Step-1: For the online submission of application, candidate has to visit the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in where he/she can find the link “KMAT 2025 - Online Application”.
• Step-2: Registration: This is a onetime online process during which the candidates will get a system generated ‘Application Number’. The candidates should give necessary basic data and create a strong password during the registration process. The application number and password will be required till the end of the admission process.
• Step-3: Fill Application: All the basic information required for processing your application are to be filled in at this stage. Before filling the details, candidates are required to read the Information Bulletin. The data provided here will be used for processing the application. Any mistake in filling this page or providing false/incomplete/wrong information will affect the candidate’s eligibility for examination. It is obligatory that the candidate fill all the mandatory fields in the application. No modification will be possible after the Final submission.
• Step-4: Pay Application Fee: Application fee for General and SEBC candidates is Rs.1000. In the case of SC/ST the fee is Rs.750
• Step-5: Applications can be submitted in online mode only. Two payment methods are available for remitting the application fee - Online Payment and e-Challan

• Computer/Laptop with faster connectivity
• Online payment instruments like Net Banking, Debit/Credit cards to make payment of Rs.1000 for KMAT Kerala Application Fee 2025
• Marks sheets/certificates from class 10 onwards to fill in academics in Application form
• Scanned Image of Your Latest Passport size Photograph with light coloured background in jpeg format between 15 kb to 100 kb of size and resolution 150 x 200 pixels to be uploaded
• Scanned Image of your Signature in black/blue ink taken on a plain white sheet. Signature to be cropped in jpg (jpeg) format of 150 pixels width and 100 pixels height and the File size should be between 4 kb and 100 kb.
• Take a print of your submitted Kerala KMAT 2024 application form
