Generic : Can Maharashtra State candidates apply for MAH MBA CET CAP 2026 on the basis of CAT, XAT or CMAT scores?

No. As per the State CET Cell Information Brochure (Post Graduate Degree Management — MBA/MMS, Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate clause), Maharashtra State category candidates must have obtained a non-zero positive score in MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2026 conducted by the Competent Authority. Substitution with CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAT or GMAT is permitted only for All India category candidates (including J&K and Ladakh Migrant candidates). This is one of the most misunderstood points in the CAP process.
