Executive MBA at IIM Mumbai is a ‘blended’ learning programme with a judicious mix of ‘online’ and ‘offine’ content for maximum flexibility without diluting outcome. The programme has 70% online and 30% in person learning. The programme is designed for middle and senior-level working professionals and entrepreneurs working in India and worldwide with all the flexibility and benefits of technology enabled interaction. Participants are awarded IIM Mumbai alumni Status on successful completion of the programme. The programme can be completed in 2 years or 3 years. The programme offers unique learnings from IIM Mumbai' s pedagogy with total 105 credits Networking with professionals from relevant industry.
The choice of electives, both in Management and Maritime sectoral subjects, allows students to customise the outcome. The programme consists of 19 Management + 11 Maritime, viz. a total of 30 courses, plus Internship, Global Online Course and a Capstone Project. - Minimum 3 years of seafaring experience after obtaining the first Certificate of Competency

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the maritime or a related field.
