Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya: Director Faculty

IIM Bodh Gaya Director: Dr. Vinita S. Sahay, a distinguished professor of Marketing, has an esteemed academic and professional background. Holding a Ph.D. in Customer Value from CSJM University, Kanpur, she also earned an M.A. in Economics with First Class First (Gold Medal) and a PGDBA in Marketing. Dr. Sahay has taught at premier institutions, including the Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya and the Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad, and has been a Visiting Professor at Aarhus University, Denmark.

Her expertise lies in the marketing of services, retail management, customer relationship management, and trust in supply chains. In 2018, she became the director of IIM Bodh Gaya, making her only the second woman in India to lead an IIM.
