Generic : Is GMAT valid for a 2-year MBA in India?

GMAT is valid for some two-year MBA programmes in India, but with limits. For the flagship two-year programmes at the IIMs, FMS and XLRI, Indian residents must take CAT or XAT — GMAT is generally accepted only from NRIs and foreign nationals. Many private B-schools, however, accept GMAT for their two-year PGDM from domestic candidates.
