What is the IIM Ahmedabad selection process after the shortlist?

Shortlisted candidates attend an Analytical Writing Test followed by a Personal Interview. There is no Group Discussion round. The weights applied to AWT and PI in the final merit list are not published in the institute’s shortlisting criteria document.
