Is IIM better or NMIMS?

Whether IIM or NMIMS is better depends on the IIM. The BLACKI IIMs (Bangalore, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Calcutta, Kozhikode and Indore) are better than NMIMS Mumbai. However, NMIMS Mumbai is better than IIM Ranchi, IIM Raipur and other newer IIMs (often called baby IIMs), with an MBA Core average salary of Rs 24.6 LPA in 2026.
