Is the IMI Bhubaneswar PGDM equivalent to an MBA?

Yes. The Association of Indian Universities (AIU) has granted equivalence to the IMI Bhubaneswar PGDM, so it is treated as equivalent to an MBA degree. The two-year programme is also approved by AICTE, and AICTE approval extends to the institute's PGDM (Online) and its Fellow Programme in Management.
