IIM Raipur offers Executive Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (ePGP-HRM) for junior, middle, and senior-level HR practitioners, aspiring HR professionals, and entrepreneurs seeking to develop and demonstrate capabilities that are relevant to the present-day demands of the business. The Executive Post Graduate Programme in HRM (ePGP HRM) at IIM Raipur is a two-year master's degree Programme offered in a blended mode video, a combination of live synchronous sessions delivered to devices, and face-to-face classes organized on campus. The objective of the Programmes is to impart comprehensive and contemporary education on people strategies and HR competencies. Students would be awarded the “Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree” on completing the Two-Year Executive Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management. The Degree will be awarded at the Institute's Annual Convocation, which is held towards the end of each academic year.
In the post covid era, HR is redefined to handle the new normal work environment. This Programme is designed with a holistic approach to address future HR requirements. Another USP of this Programme is masterclasses by CHROs & HR Practitioners. The Programme covers dedicated masterclass sessions organized by SHRM India, with corporate CHROs and seasoned HR practitioners, who will share with you their experiences of conceiving, implementing, managing, and adapting policies and people initiatives in an ever-changing, challenging, and dynamic work environment. Step by Step process for IIM Raipur ePGP-HRM admission is as below:
- Submit Application Online
- Applicants will be shortlisted for Personal Interview round based on the screening process, comprising Academic performance at senior secondary level, Academic performance at Bachelors’ level or equivalent, Work experience and profile (Composite score on work experience varies on the basis of experience of the candidate), Academic and Gender Diversity factor
- Online Personal Interview will be conducted for all the candidates clearing the screening process. The shortlisted candidates will be required to appear before a panel for an online personal interview. Candidates will be evaluated on 5 parameters namely, Richness of Industry Experience,
- Communication Skills, Leadership Aptitude, Team Spirit and Ethical Orientation.
- The final selection of candidates for enrolment into the programme is based on a composite score, computed based on two parameters, viz., Personal Interview (50%) and Candidate Profile (50%). The detail of weightages assigned to each parameter is as listed below.

Eligibility for Indian Participants
- Graduate/Bachelors degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) or equivalent from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Minimum of 3 years of post qualification full-time work experience in Professional/ Managerial/Entrepreneurial role
- Minimum of 25 Years of Age
The minimum academic requirement at Bachelor’s level or equivalent for SC, ST and PwD is 40%
Eligibility for International Participants- Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution in their respective country with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent GPA.
- Minimum of 3 years of post qualification full-time work experience in Professional/ Managerial/Entrepreneurial role
- Minimum of 25 Years of Age
