About XIMB Bhubaneswar
XIMB began in 1987 through a "social contract" between the Government of Odisha and the Odisha Jesuit Society, and its approach rests on Jesuit values of academic excellence, ethics and social responsibility. For more than two decades it offered the PGDM, PGDM-HRM and PGDM-RM. After the Xavier University, Odisha Act, 2013 created what is now XIM University, XIMB became its flagship school and the PGDM became the MBA-BM, a university degree. As per the Dean, programmes are designed with inputs from industry experts and an academic advisory board, supported by industry-led short courses and leadership talks.

Today XIMB runs the MBA-BM and the Executive MBA-BM on the 20-acre Old Campus on Nandan Kanan Road. MBA-HRM, MBA-RM and other programmes are run by other schools of the XIM University Bhubaneswar at the New Campus in Harirajpur.
