Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Amritsar: Admissions

IIM Amritsar announces its admission policy after the CAT registration process starts and much before the release of CAT result. IIM Nagpur admission policy and cut offs can be modified as per the admission requirement.  IIM Amritsar can modify MBA selection criteria and cut-offs mentioned at any time till the actual MBA admission procedure for the batch is completed. The approach of IIM Amritsar to prepare the admission list for its MBA programme is based on following points:

• Applying and Appearing in CAT Exam
• Short listing candidates for Personal Interview (PI)
• The PI process will be conducted by IIM Amritsar as it does not participate in Common Admission Process (CAP) for new IIMs
• Merit List is prepared based on CAT score, PI score and Profile score
