FIIB President & CEO: Dr. Radhika Shrivastava 

Dr Radhika Shrivastava is President & CEO of the Fortune Institute of International Business (FIIB), New Delhi. With over two decades of experience across consulting, international development, and academia, she brings a dual perspective of academic rigor and real-world practice to her leadership. An engineer from Tufts University, an MBA from IIM Bangalore, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Henley Business School (UK), Dr Shrivastava has previously worked with Deloitte Consulting and the International Finance Corporation. Her research focuses on talent management and the human–AI interface in management education and practice. She is Executive Editor of the FIIB Business Review, an ABDC-listed journal. She is a frequent speaker at forums, including the Economic Times InspirED Summit, QS India Summit, and FICCI Higher Education Roundtables.

Under Dr Shrivastava’s leadership, FIIB has earned the prestigious AACSB accreditation, and   advanced gender-balanced leadership, sustainability, and digital transformation, while expanding its international collaborations and research ecosystem.

Dr. Kokil Jain, Dean Research & Outreach, Professor, FIIB Delhi

Dr Jain is a Professor of Marketing at FIIB, New Delhi. Having a Doctorate degree with over 25+ years of experience in teaching and research, her work has been published in top-ranked Journals. These journal of repute include Journal of Business Research, Journal of Product and Brand Management, Journal of Consumer Marketing, Australasian Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Global Information Management, Online Information Review, to name a few. Additionally, she is the 'guest editor' for special issues with the Journal of Business Research ( ABDC-A Ranked), International Journal of Information Management (A*), International Journal of Technology and Human Interaction (ABDC- B), and Journal of Promotion Management (ABDC- B). She and her team are also the recipients of the AIM-Sheth Foundation Research Grant 2020 in Marketing Strategy.

FIIB Faculty Profile
The faculty brings together accomplished scholars and experienced practitioners: a 1:15 faculty–student ratio, 85% of core faculty with doctorates, and degrees from IITs, IIMs, Harvard, INSEAD and Northwestern University. Faculty research is published in the ABDC-listed FIIB Business Review and presented at the annual FIIB Research Conference.
