SOIL Institute of Management started its journey 16 years ago and is based out of the start-up & innovation hub of India - Gurgaon. Co-created with 32 partner companies Multinational and Indian from across industry verticals including Mahindra, Taj Hotels, Grant Thornton, HUL, GSK, Birla Group, Dabur, ABB, ACC, Dr Reddy’s, J&J, L&T, Tata Steel, Birla Group, Maruti Suzuki, ICICI Bank, Infosys, Hindustan Petroleum, Bharat Petroleum, Asian Paints, SAP, TVS, Schneider among others. SOIL has a legacy of more than 1600 alumni.  SOIL focuses on an industry-relevant curriculum with world-class faculty, best-in-class green campus and immersive experiential learning modules.

SOIL has two campuses at Gurgaon and Manesar. SOIL Institute of Management Gurgaon has created Manesar campus known as SOIL School of Business Design. At Gurgaon campus, SOIL school of Management offers 1 year PGPM, while the 2 years PGDM is offered at SOIL School of Business Design at Manesar.  SOIL accepts score of  CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT exams for PGDM admission.

Soil’s 2 Year Post Graduate Diploma in Management is India’s first Government & AICTE Approved PGDM program that provides students with a multidisciplinary approach to traditional management using Design thinking and Liberal Arts.  The PGDM program is designed as an innovation journey with unique curriculum and pedagogic approach leading to strong placements.

In the previous PGDM placement season, SOIL achieved high 140% RoI. The average CTC for SOIL in placement 2023 was Rs.10.30 LPA and highest salary was Rs.19.30 LPA . 49 companies participated in placement process at SOIL. Some of the top recruiters include MIRAI JMAC, Accenture, Deloitte, MAHINDRA AFS, AGROSTAR, HCL, BYJUS, AXIS BANK, Genpact, WIPRO, Newgen, SOIL CONSULTING, INFOSYS, NIIT, Tech Mahindra, Digit Insurance, ANZ, ICICI, DRAUP, HONO-AI among others.

SOIL has state of the art infrastructure with all amenities both at its Gurgaon City and Manesar campus including spacious well equipped AC classrooms, Library, Auditorium, seminar and multipurpose halls, sports complex, Gym, health centre, Computer Labs among others.
