A: CAT is generally considered moderately to highly difficult exam. While the overall paper is balanced, each candidate has strong and weak areas which makes it difficult to score well in all sections.

Each question carries one mark, making the total to 95 marks. XAT Essay Writing section was removed from XAT 2025 exam pattern.
