  • Applicant should possess an Undergraduate Degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognized University (Approved by UGC), with a minimum of 50% marks (or equivalent grade point) in aggregate. (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC and Christian Candidates).
     
  • Applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years of full-time work experience (As on 31.07.2024) in one or more registered companies. Applicants must be currently employed in a registered company and must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer at the time of application. The NOC should confirm that the employer supports the applicant's pursuit of an Executive MBA and is willing to accommodate any necessary schedule adjustments or commitments.
  • An applicant will be required to appear in an Aptitude Test (50 Marks - 1 Hour) to be conducted by the University after successfully filling up the application form.   • Successful completion of any Undergraduate Degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognized University (Approved by UGC), with a minimum of 50% marks (or equivalent grade point) in the aggregate. (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC and Christian candidates).
  • If the final degree result is not published at the time of application, % of marks for eligibility will be calculated on the basis of 1st to 4th Semester or 1st & 2nd Year (as applicable) (6th Semester in case of a 4 Year Degree Program) and the candidate is required to pass in all papers. If, at the time of admission, the final degree mark sheet cannot be shown, the admission will be provisional, and the student must produce the same latest by October 31st, 2024 ; failing which the admission is liable to be cancelled.
  • Appearance in any of the below-mentioned National Level MBA Entrance Tests: XAT, CAT, GMAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, & NMAT with a decent percentage/percentile score, valid for the present academic year. The primary selection list for GD-PI-WAT will be prepared by the Institute on the basis of this score.

Selection Process Description

Candidates will be shortlisted based on National Level Entrance Test Score (XAT, CAT, GMAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, NMAT)
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and Writing Ability Test as part of the selection process.

The final selection of the applicant will be based on his/her composite score prepared by Xavier Business School, which considers assessment of the candidate from different dimensions,
Selected candidates will receive an admission offer letter from the XBS Admission Office. Confirm your acceptance by paying the Admission Fee of Rs.30,000/- within the stipulated deadline, thereby securing your Provisional Admission.

Complete payment of the Semester One Course Fee amounting to Rs.2,65,000/- and undergo physical document verification to finalize your admission.
