There is no formal dress code for the SNAP 2026 exam. However, since candidates are frisked with metal detectors, avoid heavy jewellery, metal accessories, smartwatches and thick-soled footwear. Wear simple, comfortable clothing suited to the December weather, and avoid mehndi on palms as it may affect biometrics.

The ID proofs accepted for the SNAP 2026 exam are an original Voter ID, Passport, Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card (or full-page e-Aadhaar printout) or PAN Card. You must carry one original, valid photo ID; a soft copy or photocopy is not accepted at the centre.

The expected SNAP cut-off for SIBM Pune is around the 98 percentile, the highest among Symbiosis institutes. SCMHRD Pune follows at about 97 percentile and SIBM Bengaluru at about 92 percentile. Actual cut-offs vary by category and are confirmed after the result.

No, non-Symbiosis colleges do not accept SNAP score. All 17 MBA colleges that accept SNAP are constituent institutes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University). The SNAP score is valid only for admission to these Symbiosis institutes for the relevant academic year.
