ATMA 2026 registration fee is Rs. 2,000 (inclusive of 18% GST). ATMA offers following concessions in fees: 25% Concession in Fees is applicable for Women candidates, and 50% Concession is applicable for candidates belonging to North Eastern States of India (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura).

The registration process for ATMA Exam starts with the Payment of Fees. ATMA registration fee, once paid, is non-refundable and non-transferable to other tests. The exam fee can be paid using Debit or Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI only. Facility for payment of fee in Cash / DD / Cheque is not available.

ATMA Registration Process 2026

ATMA 2026 Registration Form can be filled on official website atmaaims.com.  ATMA registration process can be divided into following simple steps:

  • STEP 1 - PAYMENT OF FEES: Candidate must use his/her personal mobile number and Email ID ONLY. The registration process for ATMA Exam starts with the Payment of Fees. The Registration Fee for ATMA exam is of Rs 2000.
  • STEP 2 - PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NO. (PID): Once the fee is paid, the candidate will receive a system generated Personal Identification Number (PID) on his/her Mobile by SMS as well as Email.
  • STAPE 3- FILLING REGISTRATION FORM: Once the fee payment is successful and the PID is received, the candidate can log in to the official ATMA portal at atmaaims.com to fill the registration form. The form requires the following information:

    • PID (auto-populated from Step 2)
    • Name (to be fetched from the AIMS database
    • Postal Address
    • Email ID
    • Date of Birth
    • Mobile Number
    • Aadhaar Number
    • Preferred Test City Choice — two preferences in order of priority (see ATMA Exam Centres 2026 for the list of available cities)
    • Educational Qualifications
    • Exact Percentage of SSC, HSC and Degree — if the candidate is appearing for the qualifying degree examination, mention 'NA' against Degree
    • Post-Graduation / Professional Degree details, if applicable
    • Post-Qualification Work Experience, if any
    • Choice of Institutes for reporting ATMA Scores — candidates can select MBA colleges accepting ATMA 2026 scores to which they want their scores automatically forwarded
  • Uploading Scanned Photograph and Signature is Mandatory: As per the official AIMS ATMA process, the candidate must upload a scanned image of his/her photograph and signature in the prescribed format as part of the registration form. The registration is treated as complete only after the photograph and signature are successfully uploaded. Candidates are advised to keep the scanned files ready before starting Step 3 to avoid session time-out. The format specifications are available on the help page linked within the ATMA registration portal.

  • Login Password Generation: Once the registration form is fully filled and the photograph and signature are uploaded, the registration process is complete. AIMS issues a login password to every successfully registered candidate, delivered via SMS and email. This password (used together with the PID) becomes the candidate's permanent login credential for reprinting the filled application form, downloading the admit card, and accessing the result.

  • Concession Proof Upload (if applicable): Candidates claiming the 25% women's concession or the 50% North Eastern states concession must upload Aadhaar Card (both sides) and Birth Certificate as proof during this step. 

  • Candidates can choose two test city preferences in order of priority. If seats in the first preference are unavailable, the second preference is automatically allotted on the admit card.

  • STEP 4 - PRINTING ADMIT CARD: Once the registration is complete, candidate can proceed for Printing of Admit Card after the given date.

Eligibility Check (Verify Before You Pay)
ATMA 2026 eligibility requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a UGC-recognised university. Final-year graduation students and Chartered Accountants (CA) are also eligible to apply. The ATMA registration fee, once paid, is not refundable or transferable to other tests under any circumstances. So confirm your eligibility before initiating payment. 2. Keep Personal Details Ready

  • Personal mobile number (active SMS receipt — your PID will be sent here)
  • Personal email ID (active and accessible — login password and admit card link are sent here)
  • Date of birth (as per Class X certificate)
  • Aadhaar number (12-digit; must match name and DOB on Aadhaar)
  • Postal address (full address with PIN code for admit card and communication)

AIMS specifies that candidates must use their own personal mobile number and email ID — not a parent's, agent's or coaching centre's contact.

3. Educational Qualification Details
You will need exact percentages (not CGPA equivalents) for:

  • SSC / Class X — exact percentage
  • HSC / Class XII — exact percentage
  • Bachelor's Degree — exact percentage (if you are appearing in the final year, enter 'NA' as instructed in the official ATMA portal)
  • Post-Graduation / Professional Degree — only if applicable (e.g., MBA, CA, CS, ICWA)
  • Post-qualification work experience — only if applicable (in years/months)

4. Documents to Upload During Registration
The ATMA registration form will require you to upload scanned files. Keep these ready in advance:

  • Scanned photograph — in the prescribed format specified on the ATMA registration portal help page
  • Scanned signature — in the prescribed format specified on the ATMA registration portal help page

Per the official AIMS document, the registration is treated as complete only after the photograph and signature are uploaded.

5. Payment Method Ready
ATMA 2026 registration fee of Rs. 2,000 (inclusive of 18% GST) is payable through:

  • UPI

Cash, Demand Draft and Cheque payments are not accepted. Ensure your card/banking app is active with sufficient balance and 2-factor authentication enabled before initiating Step 1.

6. Additional Documents for Concession Claimants
