FORE New Delhi Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is the flagship programme of the Institute. This programme has been running successfully since its inception in 1992. The total number of approved seats available for this Programme is 240 in New Delhi and 60 in Gurugram.
FORE PGDM Programme is designed to train and groom the future managers. This programme builds students comprehensive understanding of the general business environment and their impact on various management functions like marketing, operations, human resources, finance, strategy and information technology.
The first year of the FORE PGDM/MBA program focusses on building the foundational knowledge and skills in students. The second year of the program focusses on building function and domain specific knowledge and skills in students to prepare them for corporate careers. FORE School of Management PGDM Admissions is carried out through a rigorous selection process. The students are handpicked by the experienced faculty along with a professional from the industry. The Institute encourages diversity and the student’s profile is highly diverse in terms of gender, academic qualifications and work experience. Only CAT, XAT, GMAT exam scores are accepted by FORE for its admission process.
FORE Admission Process includes following steps:
1. Shortlisting on the basis of CAT/XAT/GMAT Score
2. Extempore and Personal Interview (PI)
3. Final selection on the basis of CAT/XAT/GMAT score, performance in the Extempore, PI, academic performance and work experience.
The final criteria for selection shall be informed to the candidates before the selection process.
FORE PGDM programme is spread over two years. A student is required to complete 60 credits of courses in the first year of the programme. From Term 4 onwards in the Second Year, students are required to undertake Elective courses. A student enrolled in the PGDM programme is required to complete 43.5 credits from the Elective courses spread over Term 4 to Term 6 in the Second year of the Two-Year Programme.
As the FORE curriculum design, in order to provide the students opportunities to specialize in their area of choice, each area offers Elective courses. The Elective Specialization courses are offered in Communication, Economics & Business Policy, Finance & Accounting, International Business, Information Technology, Marketing, Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource, Operations Management & Decision Sciences, Strategy.

2. Pay application fees: For online application submission candidates need to pay either through net banking or credit/debit card. Applicants need to pay the application fee as mentioned below.
Applicate Fees (Exclusive 18% GST)
• One Programme: Rs 1,500
• Two Programmes: Rs 2,000
• Three Programmes: Rs 2,500
• Four Programmes: Rs 3,000
The above amounts are only applicable if you apply for multiple programmes at the same time in the same application form. In case, you apply for the other one, two or three programmes at a later stage, the full application fee for one, two or three programmes as mentioned above will apply.
FORE Company Sponsored Category
FORE School of Management gives an opportunity to the candidates having entrepreneurial potential and may select a few candidates under the company-sponsored category in PGDM programmes. Such candidates will be shortlisted primarily on the basis of their profile and will also have to go through a pre-defined selection process as decided by the Institute. Limited seats are available under this category.
FORE PGDM Admission Eligibility Criteria have following key requirements:
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all the subjects studied at a recognized University or Institution.
- Candidates appearing for the final year degree examination in the year 2026 can also apply.
- A candidate must appear in CAT 2025, XAT 2026 or should have a valid GMAT score (taken between 1st January 2024 and 31st January 2026).
FORE New Delhi Selection Process comprises Extempore and Personal Interview. Final Selection List is on the basis of CAT/XAT/GMAT score, performance in the Extempore, PI, academic performance and work experience. Successful candidates will be informed by FORE Delhi by Email. FORE School of Management New Delhi offers number of scholarships to the students studying in its various PGDM programs as below:
- Means-cum-Merit Scholarship: Offered to eligible first- and second-year PGDM, PGDM(IB), PGDM(FM), and PGDM(BDA) students meeting both financial need and academic performance criteria (minimum CGPA/TGPA of 7.00). It provides a full tuition fee waiver with limited seats allocated program-wise.
- Merit & Means Scholarships:
- Merit Scholarship: Awarded to top rankers of each program’s first year based on overall performance, with ₹1.5 lakh per recipient.
- Means Scholarship: Full tuition fee waiver for economically disadvantaged students (family income below ₹8 lakh) from EWS, OBC, SC, or ST categories, subject to fund availability.
- Regional Scholarship: Students domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and the 8 North-Eastern states receive a 10% tuition fee waiver.
