The MBA(Executive) programme at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) Pune is two years part time programme for working professionals. MBA Ex Classes are conducted on Week end. SIBM MBA Executive programme has been designed specifically for working executives at a more advanced level in their career. This programme has been tailor made for professionals desirous of acquiring a clear advantage in terms of knowledge and skills for their growth and development.
MBA Executive programme has a convenient design and is offered at the SIBM Pune Lavale campus on weekends (Sat & Sun). Candidate do not need to take leave from work. The programme offers major and minor specializations in Marketing, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain, Analytics and Information Technology
MBA Executive admission at SIBM Pune is two step process as below:
- Submission of application for admission with requisite application fees
- Participation in Personal Interview. Final admission of students shall be done on the basis of Personal Interview. Personal Interview is focused more on getting to know the candidate than testing only the knowledge of the candidate
SIBM Pune MBA Executive programme has a rigorous curriculum interspersed with cutting edge pedagogy which facilitates development of a broader perspective and an enhanced confidence level in participants. The programme is divided in four semesters spread over two years.
The programme formalizes participants’ knowledge of overcoming real world business challenges through a deeper understanding of general and specialization subjects which help them fine tune their leadership acumen along with technical and behavioral skills. Armed with the knowhow of critical thinking and the insight of questioning business assumptions, the participants are ready to take the next step in their career by the end of this course.
The programme structure is adapted to the needs of the participants to balance work and study. The classes take place on weekends.
Candidates applying to the SIBM 24 months MBA (Executive) programme, need to apply online and pay the application fee. Candidates must register themselves online by filling the Online Application Form and should make Online Payment of the application fees. Online payment can be made using Credit Card/Debit Card or NEFT/RTGS.
Student seeking admission for SIBM Pune MBA (Executive) programme must satisfy following eligibility criteria:
- Graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45 % marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe) at graduation level
- Graduation through Distance Education is accepted provided it is approved/recognized by UGC or AICTE
- Minimum 1 year full time work experience after graduation in a registered firm/ company / industry/ educational/ government, autonomous organisations.
Selection of students shall be done on the basis of Personal Interview.
