Step 1: Apply & appear in an acceptable MBA entrance exam (such as CAT, GMAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or Kerala KMAT).
Step 2: Apply separately for Rajagiri Business School PGDM admission, meeting the ‘Eligibility Criteria.’
Step 3: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the parameters mentioned in the ‘Shortlisting Criteria.’
Step 4: Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and Skills Test (ST)/Business Awareness Test (BAT) round.
Step 5: Final selection of the candidates will be based on the following parameters: MBA entrance exam score, GD-PI-ST/BAT score, work experience, and prior academic performance. Post selection, final offers will be rolled out.
Note:
- GD-PI-ST is conducted in two phases. Phase 1 considers CAT-2024 and MAT (Dec 2024, Feb 2025) scores. Phase 2 considers CMAT (Jan 2025), KMAT (Kerala) 2025, MAT (Dec 2024, Feb 2025), and XAT 2025 scores.
- Candidates can attend GD-PI-ST/Business Awareness Test in either phase but only once per admission year.

Rajagiri Business School eligibility criteria for admissions are as follows:
- A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
- A minimum of 50% marks during graduation.
- A valid score in a national or international management entrance exam such as CAT, GMAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or Kerela KMAT.

Through the Rajagiri Scholarship for Excellence (RiSE) scheme RBS Kochi offers 21 Diversity scholarships. RBS is committed to creating a coordinated and integrated learning environment that promotes diversity in the campus. Through the Diversity Scholarship, RBS provides opportunity for meritorious and capable students from all parts of India to pursue quality management education at RBS. These scholarships, 21 in number, range from 25-50% waiver of the tuition fee and recognizes the academic achievement of students.
Eligibility
The applicant must be a non-Keralite.
The applicant should fulfill the eligibility criteria for admission to the PGDM programme of RBS as prescribed by the Admissions Office of Rajagiri.
The applicant should have secured admission for the PGDM programme offered by RBS through the three stage selection process laid down by the Admissions Office of RBS.

The scholarship committee considers academic achievement as demonstrated by grades in the qualifying exam, eligibility test scores and performance in group discussion and personal interview; personal background, which includes but not limited to, educational experience, extracurricular activities, and work experience.
The decision of the Scholarship Committee would be final and the candidates would be notified.
2. Career and Talent Scholarship
The Career and Talent Scholarships ensure that talented and highly motivated students have an opportunity to follow their passion, study and graduate from a premier institution. These scholarships, 10 in number, range from 25-50% waiver of tuition fee and recognizes the meritorious performance of candidates in the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institute of Managements (IIMs). RBS provides scholarship for eligible candidates who have scored above 80 percentile in the CAT exam.
Eligibility
CAT scholarship is eligible to all candidates.
