More than 2.44 lakh candidates have applied for IIM-CAT exam this year and have started the CAT hall ticket download at 5 PM on October 23. The CAT Hall ticket download process is more simplified than last year. CAT 2019 Exam date is November 24, 2019 and the exam will be held in two slots-morning and evening in 156 cities in India. There is no CAT exam centre abroad.

Senior Management Academic and former faculty member of IIM Indore Dr. Pawan Kumar Singh has joined as the new Director of MDI Gurgaon. Dr Singh joined MDI on October 10, 2019. He has earlier served as the Director-in-Charge of IIM Indore.

Speaking on his appointment, Dr. Singh said, “It’s a matter of great privilege for me to take charge of one of the India’s premier B-schools. I am keen to advance the progress driven by my predecessors and to take the institute at higher level.”
