IIM Rohtak has again been designated as the CAP coordinator for second consecutive year for CAP 2018 which will see participation of 11 new IIMs instead of 9 last year. CAP 2018 will consist of common WAT and PI process for the participating 11 new IIMs. CAP last year was also conducted by IIM Rohtak and will be conducted by the same IIM in 2018 again. During the past few years, the responsibility to conduct has been shared by IIM Trichy, IIM Udaipur, IIM Kashipur and IIM Rohtak.

CAT 2017 Slot-1 exam in the morning has begun on time at 9AM today on Nov 26 without any report of technical snag from the test centres. CAT 2017 is being conducted in 144 test cities and more than 650 test centres across the country. So far there is no report of any major technical issue from the test centres.
