CAT Centre 2014 states The process of Normalization is an established practice for comparing candidate scores across multiple Forms and is similar to those being adopted in other large educational selection tests conducted in India such as Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).

Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) has issued and dispatched the Admit Cards for its MBA (IB) entrance exam 2014 by post to all the eligible students who have applied for the test. The candidates who submitted the online or offline application forms complete in all respects must have received the Admit cards by now. Candidates who do not receive the Admit Cards till Nov 12, 2014 can download it from IIFT website.

CAT 2014 has changed the exam pattern and most of the changes have been brought to Verbal Ability section. Instead of earlier 10 questions based on 3 Reading comprehension passages, CAT 2014 is expected to have 4 Reading Comprehension passages followed by 16 questions. The difficulty level of RC passages is expected to remain moderate to difficult. The length of RC passages is also expected to be of 800-900 words each.
