UPES MET 2014: Just a month away
UPES MET, the Management Entrance Test for admission to 10 specialized core sector programs offered by the College of Management & Economics Studies (CoMES) at University of Petroleum and energy Studies -UPES, Dehradun will be conducted from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm on February 22, 2014 at 24 locations across the country. The UPES MET results will be declared on or before March 10, 2014. The last date to apply for UPES MET is February 7, 2014. The results will be declared on or before March 10, 2014.

UGC Draft Guidelines: Supreme Court asks AICTE to remain the regulatory body to the PGDM Institutes
In a big relief to the PGDM B Schools, the Honble Supreme Court of India acting upon a petition filed by Education Promotion Society for India (EPSI) has asked the AICTE to continue as a regulatory body for the PGDM institutions.
In an order passed dated January 16, 2014 The Supreme Court of India stated that AICTE will be regulating the PGDM institutions for the year 2014-15, no further orders are required on this Application.
